The President of Nigeria Bola Tinubu went to the United States to attend the 78th United Nations General Assembly to be held in New York.

This is the first time that Tinubu will attend the meeting as the president.

In the statement released by the presidency, it said that Tinubu will deliver a speech in the hall on Tuesday, September 19.

He will also meet with senior leaders to discuss issues related to the interests of the generation and the issue of climate change, and humanitarian work around the world.

President Tinubu will also meet with international leaders, including the president of the European Union, the president of Brazil and South Africa, according to the announcement.
